We address to a variety of occasions, such as business meetings, conferences, work retreats, honeymoon trips, family vacations, friends trip, adventure trips, society get-together, community group trips, solo travelers wanting to explore in India and International Locations.
We customize based on services that you cherry-pick. In General, we include Accommodation, Flight Tickets, Sightseeings, Logistics, VISA (wherever applicable), Travel Insurance (for International travel), 5% GST, TCS(2% effective from 1st April 2026).
You just need valid passport (should be valid for 6 months or 186 days from the last date of your trip (some countries also demand for 1 year)). Rest we will take care. Booking of your Flight Tickets, Accommodation, VISA(e-visa, sticker visa, ETA,arrival card etc), Travel Insurance, Logistics etc.
If you are a first time traveler to International destinations (Outside India), then Group Trips are recommended, i.e, you join a group - own small group or conducted cosmo group. If you have travelled before to Domestic Destinations (within India) or International Country (Outside India) then Individual Tours are fine. However, it depends completely on your comfort and confidence. Also, at Trekmeup, we hand-hold you before the tour starts, during the tour and till you return back to India.
We will send you country specific recommendations, Do's & Don'ts, Country Know-How's, Trekmeup Goody around 3 to 5 days before your travel date. We are available on call or in-person to discuss on the services for clarity.
We are available on call and what's app, throughout your journey. Our local SPOC details will be shared with you for an emergency 2-3days prior to your travel.
We do have provision for International e-SIM in group Tours. However, we recommend you to purchase from SIM counter at International Airport as they are updated in service offerings and can be activated instantly and checked before exiting the airport. Or, you could also purchase from India via International SIM companies. we can assist.
Yes, you do get a better rate on group tours. Trekmeup is very competitive in group as well as Individual Trip prices.
Yes, you would be able to add additional sightseeing's while you are on tour., (only if time permits).

Yes, Child Tour Prices are always bit lower than Adult Tour Price. Based on age, we do have special rates for them.
VISA grant is consulate's discretion. Our VISA experts, ensure that all the required documentation is in place and does not become reason for visa rejection. However, if for any reason visa gets rejected, then the cancellation policy will be applicable which is tour and country specific. We try to minimize the damage by negotiating with suppliers and get maximum refund for you.
In such a scenario, we support you fully, we request our multiple suppliers for a possible refund, which will be returned to you either by bank transfer (netbanking) or Credit Note which can be used for 1 year.
100% before the tour needs to be paid. It can be in one single shot or in phases. Payment terms will be shared alongwith the quotation.
Yes, Thru our Travel Now, Pay Later arrangement, you could now Pay in EMI's even post your tour. Terms and Conditions apply.

Yes, a nominal Processing Fee (Attached) & Loan Protector insurance will be charged but that also will be converted as EMIs. No hidden charges:
Up to Rs. 1,00,000 : Rs. 2,999/- only
Rs. 1,00,001 - Rs.2,00,000 : Rs. 3,999/- only
Rs. 2,00,001 - Rs.4,00,000 : Rs. 5,999/- only
Rs. 4,00,001 and above : Rs. 9,999/- only
All customers taking a travel loan will get inbuilt insurance cover for protection against future job loss or reasons making them incapacitated to work & service the loan. This is computed at 1% of the loan amount

Yes, the applicant has all the rights to decide what amount he wants the loan for. It could be less/more than the package value depending on the eligibility
Eg:
If 1,00,000 is the loan amount. And,
If you opt for 6months EMI : Your monthly EMI would be Rs. 17,423/- only
If you opt for 12months EMI : Your monthly EMI would be Rs. 9,885/- only
There are NO charges for pre-closure. The applicant can close the loan whenever he wants within the committed tenure
