EXCLUSIONS:

• Personal expenses (laundry, tips, phone calls, porter charges, etc.) 
• Any special puja / archana / ritual charges at temples 
• Medical expenses / emergency evacuation (if required beyond itinerary) 
• Travel insurance (strongly recommended but not included) 
• Additional night stay due to weather delays or force majeure 
• Any extra transfers or services not mentioned in inclusions 
• GST or government taxes (if applicable / subject to change)
• 5% GST

Booking Details:

• 💰 INR 15,000 per person as advance payment
• ⚖️ Balance amount to be paid at least 3 weeks before the date of travel

Documents Required for Booking:

🆔 Aadhar Card or any other Govt ID.

Payment:

• Payments accepted thru Net-banking/ UPI/ Credit Card/ Debit Cards.
• 2.2% payment gateway charges applicable.
• No charges for direct fund transfers.

Cancellation Policy(specific to Chardham Tour)):

• INR 15000/- is non-refundable if cancelled 90days prior to departure
• 30% of total tour cost if   cancelled 60days prior to departure   
• 50% of total tour cost if   cancelled 30days prior to departure   
• 100% of total tour cost if   cancelled 15days prior to departure  
• Cancellation charges depend on timing before departure 
• Last-minute cancellations may incur heavy charges 

No Refund for: 

• No-show 
• Early exit from yatra 
• Refunds (if applicable) processed within standard timelines

Emergency Case:

In case of genuine emergencies such as a bereavement in the family or a serious health issue, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

Wherever possible, a partial waiver on cancellation charges may be considered. 

Such decisions are made at the time of the situation, based on the circumstances.
