- INR 15000/- is non-refundable if cancelled 90days prior to departure
- 30% of total tour cost if cancelled 60days prior to departure
- 50% of total tour cost if cancelled 30days prior to departure
- 100% of total tour cost if cancelled 15days prior to departure
- Cancellation charges depend on timing before departure
- Last-minute cancellations may incur heavy charges
No Refund for:
- No-show
- Early exit from yatra
- Refunds (if applicable) processed within standard timelines
Emergency Case:
In case of genuine emergencies such as a bereavement in the family or a serious health issue, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Wherever possible, a partial waiver on cancellation charges may be considered.

Badrinath is an important pilgrimage site which holds immense importance for both Hindus and Buddhists. Badrinath temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is set at a height of 3133 meter. Upon arrival, check into the hotel.

2. Is this tour suitable for senior citizens?
Yes. This helicopter yatra is specially designed for senior citizens and travellers who wish to avoid long treks. However, travellers should consult their doctor before travelling, especially if they have heart, respiratory, or other medical conditions.
3. Do I have to trek to Kedarnath?
No. Helicopter shuttle services are included. At Yamunotri, a Palki is also included, making the journey much easier and more comfortable.
4. What happens if helicopter flights are delayed due to bad weather?
Helicopter operations are completely dependent on weather conditions and aviation safety regulations. In case of delays or rescheduling, the itinerary may be adjusted accordingly. Any additional expenses due to extended stays or force majeure will be borne by the traveller.
5. How much luggage can I carry?
Only one soft bag weighing up to 5 kg per person is permitted. Hard suitcases and trolley bags are not allowed due to helicopter safety regulations.
6. What meals are included?
Daily vegetarian meals are included throughout the yatra. Jain meal options are also available upon request.
7. What documents should I carry?
Please carry your original Aadhaar Card or any valid government-issued photo ID. If Yatra Registration is mandatory during your travel dates, we'll guide you through the process.
8. What payment options do you accept?
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and direct bank transfers. A 2.2% payment gateway charge applies to card payments.

14. What should I pack for the Char Dham Yatra?
Carry warm clothing, a waterproof jacket, comfortable walking shoes, personal medicines, sunglasses, gloves, a cap, and only a small soft bag (maximum 5 kg).
15. What is the maximum passenger weight allowed?
Helicopter operators generally allow a standard passenger weight of around 75 kg. If your weight exceeds the permitted limit, additional charges may apply or seating arrangements may be adjusted based on the operator's policy.
