Booking Policy:
- INR 20,000 per person (Note: INR 15,000/- is Non-refundable post booking)
- Balance amount to be paid at least 8 weeks before the date of travel
- Child cost - 80% of tour cost. - will be provided on request
Payment:
- Payments accepted thru Net-banking/ UPI/ Credit Card/ Debit Cards.
- 2.2% payment gateway charges applicable.
- No charges for direct fund transfers.
Cancellation Policy:
- INR 15000/- is non-refundable if cancelled after booking)
- 30% of total tour cost if cancelled 60days prior to departure
- 50% of total tour cost if cancelled 30days prior to departure
- 100% of total tour cost if cancelled 15days prior to departure
Emergency Case:
In case of genuine emergencies such as a bereavement in the family or a serious health issue, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Wherever possible, a partial waiver on cancellation charges may be considered.
Such decisions are made at the time of the situation, based on the circumstances.

We customize based on services that you cherry-pick. In General, we include Accommodation, Flight Tickets, Sightseeings, Logistics, VISA (wherever applicable), Travel Insurance (for International travel), 5% GST, TCS(2% effective from 1st April 2026).
You just need valid passport (should be valid for 6 months or 186 days from the last date of your trip (some countries also demand for 1 year)). Rest we will take care. Booking of your Flight Tickets, Accommodation, VISA(e-visa, sticker visa, ETA,arrival card etc), Travel Insurance, Logistics etc.
If you are a first time traveler to International destinations (Outside India), then Group Trips are recommended, i.e, you join a group - own small group or conducted cosmo group. If you have travelled before to Domestic Destinations (within India) or International Country (Outside India) then Individual Tours are fine. However, it depends completely on your comfort and confidence. Also, at Trekmeup, we hand-hold you before the tour starts, during the tour and till you return back to India.
We will send you country specific recommendations, Do's & Don'ts, Country Know-How's, Trekmeup Goody around 3 to 5 days before your travel date. We are available on call or in-person to discuss on the services for clarity.

However, we recommend you to purchase from SIM counter at International Airport as they are updated in service offerings and can be activated instantly and checked before exiting the airport. Yes, Child Tour Prices are always bit lower than Adult Tour Price. Based on age, we do have special rates for them.
VISA grant is consulate's discretion. Our VISA experts, ensure that all the required documentation is in place and does not become reason for visa rejection. However, if for any reason visa gets rejected, then the cancellation policy will be applicable which is tour and country specific. We try to minimize the damage by negotiating with suppliers and get maximum refund for you.
In such a scenario, we support you fully, we request our multiple suppliers for a possible refund, which will be returned to you either by bank transfer (netbanking) or Credit Note which can be used for 1 year.
100% before the tour needs to be paid. It can be in one single shot or in phases. Payment terms will be shared alongwith the quotation.
